Our signature process starts with our initial discovery call and ends with the installation of your beautiful new space. We are by your side for the duration, ensuring your project stays on track and exceeds your every expectation.

Getting Acquainted
Following our discovery call and receiving your $250 deposit to secure your spot on our calendar, we will have our initial meeting. We’ll ask for a quick house or room tour {please don’t clean up for us, it’s actually important to see how you really live} and take a lot of pictures as well as measurements of each space. Following this meeting, we can continue to get to know one another via shared Pinterest boards; it’s a great way to learn what you like and what inspires you.
Design Presentation
We factor in each and every detail we’ve discussed, and share a plan that is a personal reflection of your family and the goals you’ve set out to achieve for your space. We will provide two complete schemes on vision boards, two room layouts (drawn in AutoCad) as well as two 3D renderings, as well as samples of various wallpapers, tiles, and fabrics. One revision is included in our fee, and we will send that over after we meet if needed.
Procurement
Once we’ve agreed on your design, we move forward with purchasing all of your items. We will have you sign off on everything we plan to purchase on your behalf, and provide a detailed account of this in a portfolio for you. We have great relationships with our vendors and ensure you enjoy a high level of customer service.
Delivery and Install Day
Our receiver notifies us when all of your items are ready to be delivered, and we coordinate this exciting date with you. We are at your home perfecting the layout and final details so that you can finally enjoy this much-anticipated improvement!

Design Consultation
A one-time meeting that may lead to more. You can decide how we use the time.
Examples include:
- Maybe you are looking for ideas to update your space. I can make broad recommendations such as ways to move your furniture around, suggest pieces to reupholster, propose items to replace or rearrange.
- I am a certified paint color specialist and can help you choose a few colors for your home.
- You need curtains or new pillows in a few rooms and could use advice on what style to get or what fabric to pick.
- Maybe you have a lot of artwork, photos, or accessories and have no idea how to display them. We can tackle that!
- Often times, clients decide they want to move forward and have me redesign an entire room, at which point we move forward to full service!
