This is a tasty and easy side dish worth trying. I know a lot of people want to love cauliflower but it just never seems to earn a place in their regular repertoire. I think you will be pleasantly surprised with this version.
Ingredients:
+1 large head of cauliflower
+ 1/3 c. Frank’s hot sauce (I use the Buffalo Wings version).
+2-3 TBSP olive oil
+Dash of kosher salt and pepper
Directions:
+Preheat your oven to 425 degrees.
+Chop cauliflower into medium-sized florets.
+Spray a cookie sheet with cooking spray. Add cauliflower and toss in the olive oil and salt/pepper.
+Roast for 15-20 minutes until browned. Check it after 10 minutes, moving around with a spatula.
+Remove from oven, and drizzle with Frank’s (feel free to add more than 1/3 c. if you want this to taste very hot), again moving around with the spatula, to evenly coat the cauliflower. Return it to the oven and roast for an additional 6-8 minutes.
Enjoy!
