If you have a sweet tooth like me, you know how hard it is to just say no to the goodies. I’m a chocoholic, and this delicious smoothie has 100% curbed my dessert cravings. It’s paleo as well, which makes it feel even healthier.
The INGREDIENTS:
1 frozen banana (I buy a bunch, peel them when ripe, and keep several on hand in the freezer)
1-1.5 cup almond milk
2 TBSP Almond Butter
1 TBSP Cocoa Powder
A dash of cinnamon
4-6 ice cubes
The SIMPLE DIRECTIONS:
Put everything in the blender. MIX until smooth. The amount of almond milk that you use will depend on how thick you want it to be.
